Shipping & delivery

Thanks to our shipping partner (Swiss Post AG), we can offer you convenient delivery of your ordered products to your home or workplace.

All prices include packaging and delivery:

• Economy - CHF 4.90 - within 2-3 days
• Priority - CHF 8.00 - within 1 working day for orders placed before 5:00 p.m.

There is no shipping charge for orders of CHF 80.00 or more. Shipping costs are indicated in the order summary.

• Right to return merchandise

  Products purchased on our website may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the parcel, in the original condition and in the original packaging. The return period is calculated on the basis of the date of dispatch of the goods. We will cover the cost of returning your goods to you if you request a pre-stamped return label.
